30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid FoxFish subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase of a paid plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email our support team at support@foxfish.app and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 30-day period
Renewals and purchases made more than 30 days ago are generally non-refundable, but we will consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
